Road Trippin’ Tips

1. Fill up with gas the night before & pack your non-essentials so you’re ready to leave first thing.

2. If you’re traveling with children, take toys they haven’t seen before or haven’t played with in a long time to entertain them in a car.

3. We all love junk food, but consider packing a couple of healthy snacks too so your body doesn’t feel awful when you get where you’re going.

Have you heard of the iExit app?

You can use it to check out restaurant options and gas prices at future exits along the interstate. Your group can use that app to agree on where they want to stop in advance.

Road Trip Games

2. Travel bingo boards are always a hit!

3. Play Fortunately/Unfortunately.
One person starts by saying “Fortunately” and mentioning something fortunate. The next person has to follow by saying something unfortunate about the previous situation. Move clockwise around the car switching between fortunate and unfortunate situations.
