Something we say a lot around here is, “things aren’t always what they seem.”  Our goal is to help get people into the right car best fit for them. Over time, we’ve realized that accomplishing the goal means educating people on landmines in the car industry. 

The folks at Tinker Coffee are the epitome of what you’d call an expert. They source coffees from all over the world to their roastery in Indianapolis then use heat, air, and motion to roast the green coffee into brewable beans.

Earlier this year, we had the privilege to be a small part in something much bigger than our Indiana based auto operation. We were contacted by the awesome folks at GAiN, the humanitarian arm of Cru, as they were gearing up to head to Wilmington, North Carolina in response to the disasters caused by Hurricane Florence.

We have a long history of partnering with the CRU organization which is part of why we get so excited to attend the vendor fair every year.  If you don’t know them, CRU (Campus Crusades for Christ) is an awesome international ministry passionate about connecting people to Jesus.

As humans, we tend to think about things more closely as they become more visible and applicable in our lives.  With the current floods in northern places like Toronto and southern places like Alabama and Kansas, the idea of water damage is becoming more visible to anyone who stays up with current events.

One of the comments we hear all the time from car buyers is that they don’t want to deal with nonsense. Buyers shouldn’t have to deal with shady dealer tactics, and that’s one reason many shoppers go online to used car websites rather than browsing dealerships.
